We're looking for a Group Product Manager (GPM) / Client Senior Product Manager for our Client Experience Team to lead a group of product managers dedicated to implementing our Client SSOs and client support and customizations on Express-Scripts.com. You will lead the Client Experience team strategy through the use of OKRs and data analysis. You will promote employee development and hold your team accountable for being product managers in their respective areas of responsibility. You must be aware of other work being completed within the broader digital portfolio so that you can help teams proactively manage risks, cross-dependencies and take advantage of opportunities to streamline work. And you will share this information out into the organization as the point person between the Product teams and our Internal/External stakeholders.
This role may be remote, full time work from home, or is flexible for candidates who may prefer to work in a US-based office location. There is potential future quarterly travel (standard business trips) to company offices anticipated.

5+ years experience in project management
3+ years experience leading people or similar experience
How you will achieve success:
Collaborate with Sales, Acct Management to understand client unmet digital needs, define clear business requirements and partner with cross-functional partners to deliver on the client needs
Be a trusted digital consultant partnering with Digital Product team, PBM Ops CRD leaders and Digital XD teams to evaluate, secure funding and deliver on all non-standard digital client member web, mobile app and custom digital client report inquiries
Develop strategies and help define the operating model to ensure digital client (standard and non-standard) needs create value for clients, members and the business and improve operational efficiencies
Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) materials and review with TPOs for understanding and incorporate their feedback to close gaps and ensure 100% adoption
Experience strongly preferred:
Proven leadership and management skills with high professional standards for work quality
Proven track record of establishing strong partnerships with stakeholders
Strong client engagement, relationship management and program management skills
Proven ability to matrix-manage direct and cross-functional teams
Credibility to influence peers and executive management.
Knowledge of PBM & HD industry, customer requirements and general enterprise environment to adapt and implement strategic actions
This role is WAH/Flex, which allows most work to be performed at home. WAH/Flex employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 if they choose to come onsite or if required to periodically come on site.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $115,800 - $193,000, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
