This position is joining the Major Programs Remediation team which is focused on contamination monitoring and remediation in soil and water. Its an exciting time for digital professionals as the Remediation industry undergoes a revolution in terms of data collection AND data presentation. AECOM is leading the way with a push towards digital twins, digital engagement, remote sensing and drone capabilities.
Your role will be to innovate and evangelize to hundreds of dedicated professionals working on the largest Oil, Gas, Chemical and Industrial accounts in the adoption of leading edge digital data practices.
You are or you will become an expert of EQuIS Enterprise. You will master 3D visualization programs including ArcGIS, Earth Volumetric Studio and LeapFrog. You will be experienced in extracting and combining data via various API methods.
You will be an advanced power-user of SQL Server based technologies. You will be experienced in data management best practices, data governance, data quality, data manipulation. You will be passionate about user experience and emerging technologies for visualization (such as AECOMs award-winning digital engagement platform https://eeus.alytics.com/planengageus/home/Welcome or AECOMs virtual exhibition technology https://virtualpavilion.co/ ).
You will develop workflows that promote efficient data analysis, visualization and presentation. You will define best practices for data analysis and data science.
You will help develop and commercialize thought-leading digital engagement experiences which will connect scientific data to the public and to stakeholder groups through PowerBI, Digital Twins, PlanEngage, ArcGIS Online, etc.

We provide advisory and technical services to help clients cleanup and close contaminated sites and surplus operational facilities and restore them for reuse, plan and permit new facilities, address critical climate change issues, restore habitats and water quality, protect natural and cultural resources, maintain compliance, and cost effectively manage residuals and wastes.
Minimum Requirements
BA/BS + 8 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years experience in the environmental remediation industry
Previous experience using Equis, developing 3D visualizations, ideally using environmental software such as Earth Volumetric Studios, LeapFrog, or ArcGIS but could also be within gaming engines or digital twins. (Examples requested)
Preferred Qualifications :
Excellent oral and written communication ability to help make new technologies accessible to teams.
Exempt Position: Offered rate of compensation (Colorado locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000.
