KPMG is currently seeking a Director in Financial Services Solutions for our Consulting (https://advisory.kpmg.us/) practice.


Responsibilities:


+ Helps lead digital transformation initiatives that employ design methodologies to drive improved engagement, customer satisfaction, and client revenues/profitability, with a focus on banking, capital markets, and Fintech clients

+ Create compelling POVs and thought leadership to build KPMG Digital education, awareness, and credibility, both within the firm and among partners and clients externally

+ Develop and maintain a fluency of the KPMG Design and Innovation methodologies, case studies, and offerings

+ Develop deep understanding of client needs, challenges, strategies, and product and service offerings


Qualifications:


+ A minimum of eight years' experience in the digital transformation space with a strong understanding of design and innovation methodology, digital technologies, trends, design thinking, and methodologies

+ Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university

+ Experience in digital strategy and growth executive with expertise in the sale and delivery of complex digital experience strategy and design consulting engagements, with particular depth in the Financial Services space

+ Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
