**About the in-House Studio**


At AT&T we are building a new in-house studio that will help transform the business and the way marketing assets are produced. This studio will be tasked with executional excellence, delivering efficiently, and ensuring our customer journey is consistent across critical touch points. The in-house studio allows our creative teams to be closer to the business and to impact marketing from within the organization. This studio will work across multiple creative and marketing functions. The team will be agile and work nimbly to address the dynamic needs of the business.


**About the Role**


The Director of Integrated Production is responsible for all aspects of production within the in-house studio. They oversee the execution of high-volume projects across multiple disciplines and channels. This person guides the translation of creative ideas into the highest quality deliverables for all channels inclusive of digital display, social executions and print and digital retail executions. Overseeing a team of digital producers, print producers, and editors, the Director of Integrated Production works to find efficiencies across all production and expand the capabilities of the department. They will drive the delivery of Tier 2 & 3 work for AT&T


Mobility and Broadband in digital, retail, and social channels. This is a leadership role that has management responsibility for a team who delivers technically accurate and industry standard production ready work for a range of mediums. The Director of Integrated Production ensures the design solutions deliver on a consistent visual brand standard and follow digital best practices. This person has expertise across digital production, project and process management, client and vendor relations, and financial/budget accountabilities. Duties include assigning


projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining an efficient and engaging work


environment for creative personnel. The person gets personally involved in production design responsibilities for complex projects and helps manage workload for on-time delivery.


**Principal Responsibilities:**


Production and flawless delivery


+ Oversees the delivery of high quality, production-ready files by the production team to meet vendor specifications and timing, including QA and proofreading process

+ Manages time and budget allocated to each project; oversees the prioritization of projects

+ Manage on-site production facilities in the studio

+ Provides technical guidance based on project needs/complexity to meet production specifications and standards

+ Partners closely with Creative Lead and PM lead to continuously improve processes and workflows with the goal of increasing productivity and identifying new cost savings opportunities

+ Identifies technology needs for production and drives implementation

+ Leads production vendor selection process and delivery

+ Develops processes for integrating productions across mediums and ensuring there is no duplication of assets

+ Ensures the production team maintains and updates images, photos, videos and work products in appropriate asset management system

+ Works with stakeholders to ensure there is complete visibility into production budgets and needs

+ Responsible for quality control for the work of the department

+ Partner with external agency production leadership to align on processes and workstreams

+ Monitors error rates and develops processes to mitigate reoccurrence

+ Maintains strong understanding of current technologies or practices through continuing education, reading, or participation in professional conferences, workshops, and groups.


People Leader


+ Demonstrates strong leadership skills in hiring, training, motivating, coaching, supervising, reviewing, and providing direction

+ Motivates and inspires teams of production specialists to drive efficiency and foster collaboration.

+ Helps set a tone of cooperation in the in-house studio by promoting a solution oriented mentality across the team

+ Coaches and develops team members by providing regular informal and formal feedback, supporting individual development plans, and strengthening project and relationship management skills

+ Manages direct reports including performance reviews, regular one-on-one development meetings, and workload balancing


**Requirements/Qualifications:**


+ Meticulous attention to detail, with demonstrated ability for accuracy and thoroughness.

+ Superior time management, project management, organizational and leadership skills; ability to influence, manage and drive action of the efforts of team members in on-time and accurate execution of deliverables

+ Works well in collaborative creative environments but is also able to work independently; self-reliant

+ Operates effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proactive and decisive. Works well under pressure with tight timing and deadlines.

+ Demonstrates ability to influence others and lead cross-functional teams/efforts

+ Strong leadership, verbal, written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

+ Comfortable managing senior management to outcomes

+ Solid understanding of the AT&T business

+ Deep understanding of technology advancements and a willingness to stay abreast of current trends

+ Ability to problem solve and analyze trends in digital production

+ Positive attitude, open to change and an iterative development process


**Education/Experience:**


+ Bachelor's degree required

+ 10+ years of experience in creative production roles

+ Experience producing video, print, and digital for multiple platforms

+ Experience working within an in-house creative services group or external agency in a production management role

+ Experience with automated production tools and DAM systems a plus
