Partner Alliance Director

Job Description:
This Partner Alliance Director role is responsible for our global GTM success with our strategic GSI partners. To thrive in this role, this individual must be able to establish deep relationships with sales resources both internally and within the GSI partner. This individual must be able to develop and manage our GSI pipeline and successfully support these opportunities from creation to deal close. The ideal candidate must feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with limited structure. The Alliance Director role will be focused on assisting clients and stakeholders as partner channel sales experts who bring credible business value strategies and deliverables to our clients.
Primary Responsibilities
Expert level account management and global systems integration methods
Expert level Account Management of Clients using specialized component subsystems ex: (hardware, software, networking and storage products)
Identify, shape and execute large, complex deals with Fortune 500 organizations
Responsible for architecting GSI multivendor solutions into a whole and ensuring that those subsystems function together
Collaborate with and support NICE Partner Alliance Leaders on their partnership growth initiatives
Effectively build and manage ongoing relationships with GSI partner executives, sales and client account teams
Assist with partner training and enablement
Build and manage relationships with NICE CXone and WCX regional sales teams, ensuring they understand the value of your partners and how we jointly GTM
Lead efforts to scale our partner sales activities, including pipeline generation and management
Provide overlay sales support on partner co-pursuits
Engage with clients onsite to establish various use cases and quantify the value behind them
Empower Sales with the information to close the opportunity
Hold in-depth, value-oriented conversations with CXOs, enterprise architects, and line-of-business users
Business Growth and Operational Efficiency
Develop and improve processes to drive greater sales efficiency by aligning with other functions (marketing, sales engineering, legal) to reduce cost and remove delays
Understand the overall sales process and details of each stage to be a trusted advisor and provide insight and strategies to increase win rates, productivity, and profitability of sales through the opportunity process
Review and drive our customer segmentation strategy to analyze and understand where our sweet spots are, identify what accounts we want to target and oversee the rollout process
Design, build and manage a deal desk that expedites non-standard or complex deals and supports the RFP process
Customer Revenue Analysis and Forecasting
Align planning and strategy for forecasting, budgeting, and sales org structure with corporate and regional objectives
Develop and improve sales intelligence by monitoring data quality, identifying relevant metrics, and producing streamlined reports across the entire buyer's journey, which provide insight into bottlenecks or barriers to greater sales performance
Required Qualifications
10+ years of technology sales experience
5+ Years working with GSI (Global Systems Integrator) partner channel sales
5+ years previous experience in contact center software or associated industry
Proven success in executing large, complex deals with Fortune 500 organizations
Enterprise business and financial modeling experience for GSI solutions
Experience dealing with enterprise level opportunities (7-figure contract values).
A. / B.S. from an accredited college; preference for Program and Project Management,
Travel up to 30% of the time
