The Sales Operations\rAnalyst will report to the Commercial Excellence Director and will be\rresponsible for leading and managing Sales Operations for Honeywell Connected\rEnterprise (HCE) in the candidate's assigned strategic business. This is a\rhighly visible and complex role supporting the Connected Safety and\rProductivity division of HCE. The candidate will be required to support and\rwork with executives and sellers across the entire organization to promote:\rcontinuity in sales process, metrics, and incentives; process improvements\rthrough the deployment of sales tools; improvements in sales competency through\rtraining & communication; and strategies and tactics that achieve sales\rgrowth for HCE.

The successful candidate\rmust be passionate and a proactive visionary in driving change for the organization.\rIn addition, the candidate must be a strong leader, extremely well organized,\rdetail-oriented, quality-minded and possess excellent written & verbal\rcommunication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales leadership to derive insights for the sales leadership to help shape the business and coach sellers

  • Drive the standard management operating system across all divisions. Drive active attendance for weekly/monthly/and quarterly sales actions with outcomes that are committed, tracked, and executed.

  • Deliver and drive usage on all standard reporting tools. Ensure best practices are being followed by sellers in all Salesforce (SFDC) instances.

  • Provide analysis and reporting support for sales, order, pipeline and cost information in support of the goals and objectives by supporting sales leadership and where possible as much direct support as possible to the Director and Managers.

  • Support this growing team in helping them evaluate and implement new sales tools, processes and compensation models

  • Working with the Sales Excellence Director, be the focal point for sales operations communications, including the roll-out and support for any sales operations initiatives.

  • Continually drive for improvement of the sales processes, in particular, sales forecasting and data quality in SFDC.

  • Be the collection point for areas of improvement. Gather input from the sales team, prioritize and communicate to global sales operations and enablement for improvement and attention.

  • Lead projects and initiatives focused on growth and improving productivity throughout the sales organization.

  • Serve as an internal ambassador for Sales in relationships with other key internal stakeholders such as Finance, Legal, Marketing, Technology, Quality and IT.

  • Work within and extract data from the integrated set of sales tools and systems including SFDC, estimating and proposal support tools, price management, global approval process and sales incentive databases, business intelligence tools such as sales analytics and dashboards, installed base and customer data repositories, and customer facing portals such as the sales and distributor training systems and customer extranets.

  • Participate in the planning and support for internal and external sales events, including the annual sales meeting, sales managers workshops, and sales training events.

  • Partner with Sales leadership to develop and implement the sales STRAP and AOP.

  • Work closely with Marketing to provide analytics for Sales and Marketing Executives to help them with campaign, promotions, and sales investment decisions.

  • Work closely with Field Sales to deal with their questions and issues regarding Sales Operations. Provide leadership as well as excellent service to the field.

  • Ensure that sales operations processes and global best practices are communicated and followed.

  • Be the \"go to\" person for the field sales team to address their issues quickly and keep them productive in the field.

 

YOU MUST HAVE


  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5 + Years of experience in commercial excellence or sales/sales support

  • Driving outcomes using data analytics, high level of experience with Excel and Salesforce.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
