Were seeking an eComm Analytics and Insights Manager for PepsiCo Direct businesses to own and execute day-to-day analytics for the direct business team across 10+DTC and Direct B2B sites that have been stood up over the past 18 months. This role will play a pivotal role in the building of analytical tools/KPI frameworks to guide leadership decision-making. This role is perfect for someone who considers themselves a data enthusiast and is always looking to figure out what insights they can gather from the available data to keep driving our business one-step further. Specifically we are looking for someone who is curious and never satisfied with just reporting the baseline numbers, but instead deep dives into our pool of untapped 1P data and analyzes the information for actionable insights to unlock growth. What a PepsiCo Analytics and Insights Manager does: Work with our VP/GM of Direct Business, Strategy, and Commercial teams to supply actionable insights from 1P data generated by our DTC and B2B eCommerce sites Responsible for day-to-day data capture and analytics across our 10+ DTC and B2B sites Serves as the data expert on all things Digital (Social, Traffic analytics, sentiment analysis, SEO etc.) Builds data visualizations from analytics/insights work Works in partnership with site merchandising, merchandising, and marketing teams to monitor and analyze our acquisition, conversion, and retention data daily as well as analyzing campaign specific programming or events Will be responsible ensuring for on-site data and event tags are properly working and troubleshoot with the product and engineering teams to resolve as needed Will identify opportunities to continuously improve analytics methodology, including through automation Will partner with the eComm Data Analytics team to ensure consistent and sustainable data transfer capabilities are established Note:- COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role. Qualifications Undergraduate degree required; Masters degree preferred 3+ years of demonstrated success in a hands-on analytics role that spans multiple business functions (Category Management, Site Merchandising, Marketing) 5+ years of business experience Prefer experience working in analytics, consulting, or ecommerce roles (especially B2B/DTC) Prefer experience using on-site analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Amplitude Experience with Snowflake or writing ad hoc SQL queries is a plus Fluency in Excel and PowerPoint required Self-starter: bias for action and not easily deterred willing to search out answers to difficult / complex questions Team player; excellent listening skills; welcoming of ideas and new ways of looking at things Structured thinker/problem solver We believe that culture should be at the cornerstone of everything we do at PepsiCo eCommerce.
