EDI Analyst
Job Location:Roswell, Georgia, Knoxville, TN and Neenah, WI locations all 100% remote must reside in one of the mentioned locations

In your EDI Analyst role, youll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world.
Responsibilities:
Owns the successful processing of data through the EDI layer by focusing on customer relationships and needs, technical set up and troubleshooting while acting as a liaison between numerous Kimberly Clark internal teams and our customers.
Ensure accurate business processing of EDI documents between Kimberly Clark and their customers, and between Kimberly Clark and its 3rd party run distribution centers.
Focus areas are implementations, continuous improvement opportunities, and root cause analysis to determine optimal resolution.
Engages with cross-functional teams in a higher-level problem-solving environment while proposing unique solutions to meet customer requirements.
Responsible for reviewing manual system processes and making independent recommendations to increase automation through system enhancements.

In this role you will join the Customer Care Systems and Logistics team and report to NA Customer Care Systems Manager.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in a business or technical related field
3+years of experience in back-office and/or customer facing roles
Working knowledge and understanding of EDI transaction sets
Base understanding of SAP functionality in sales, distribution and material master pertaining to EDI outputs, IDOCs, Partner Profiles, and Customer Master Data
Excellent analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in back-office related EDI documents and transactions
Experience with Enterprise Information Management Mapping Tools (IBM Sterling Gentran or Open Text Managed Services)
Experience with SQL
