Job Description

Candidate will be working and assisting the Fintech RM team on client meeting prep, helping with call reports and general work the team needs support with. Great opportunity to learn about Fintech at the client level.

Primary Responsibilities

Preparing information for client meetings, entering call reports, data entry in CRM, working with the RM's on special projects, sitting in on team calls and training.

  • Provide support to New York Relationship Management team on strategic relationships, as well as individually develop relationships with executives, Venture Capitalists, and influencers in the ecosystems

  • Preparation of external meeting materials including slide decks, company and industry analysis, comparable transactions, etc.



  • Research private company clients and prospects to identify potential opportunities for SVB, leveraging Pitchbook and other information sources.



  • Review of public company client and prospect quarterly and annual filings, presentations,CapIQand other material to identify potential opportunities for SVB.



  • Compiling information including comparable market transactions and trend informationusing internal and external sources of information.



  • Providing written summaries to the RM teams oftheir analysisincluding making recommendations on a course of action.



  • Participate in introductory calls with clients and prospects to understand organization structure, business model(s) and starting the due diligence/information gathering that may be necessary to obtain approval to onboard the new client and make strategic decisions around client fit for the overall Web3 portfolio.
