We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, self-starter to join our impact accelerator-Bank of America Breakthrough Lab.
**Job responsibilities include:**
+ Partner closely with the Program Director, Program Coordinator, and other stakeholders in delivering a world class accelerator program.
+ Work closely with the startups in our program to provide a high touch experience.
+ Challenge the status quo and influence peers with diverse points of view. Forward thinkers with ability to see what's next in treasury management, FinTech, tech enabled ideas impacting inclusion, and the overall startup ecosystem.

**Required Skills:**
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ Minimum 2 years experience with related experience

+ Excellent critical/strategic thinking and problem resolution skills
+ Successfully demonstrates creative thinking while adhering to guidelines
