The Emerging Payments & Innovation team seeks a driven, highly communicative and strategic leader to spearhead the growth of the Global Digital Disbursements Product around the globe. The Global Digital Disbursements (GDD) Product Manager will be responsible for the commercialization, growth and continued enhancement of the Recipient Select Plus product. This will include leading key product enhancement initiatives, management of strategic vendor relationships, and driving global expansion of the solution. BofA's Recipient Select Plus a Business-to-Consumer, alias-based payment solution that enables the recipient of a payment to choose how they prefer to be paid through a digital experience. The GDD Product Manager for Recipient Select Plus will have strong project management skills and work cross-functionally with internal business partners and vendors to manage and enhance the Recipient Select Plus product. They will do this by (i) understanding the current multi-phase roadmap and enhancing it to expand the product's geographic footprint and capabilities, (ii) developing and documenting business requirements to drive BofA's technology development and develop accompanying operational processes, and (iii) creating commercialization strategies as the bank's Recipient Select Plus product expands. The ideal candidate will have experience identifying business development opportunities, developing a strategy and executing on it while ensuring clear communication with stakeholders across the bank.

+ Minimum 5 years of experience related to Payments and/or Transaction Services
