Digital Marketing Manager - Walt Disney Studios Digital Team


A dedicated, dynamic and creative manager of digital marketing is needed to work on all aspects of our global digital campaigns. This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted position that requires creativity, improvisation, organization and communication at a very high level. This position may require some non-traditional working hours (early morning/weekends), light travel and on field level work at events, including premieres, screenings & junket.


J **ob Responsibilities:**


+ With the Director of Digital Marketing work to develop and execute creative and social tactics and handle day to day operations for comprehensive global digital marketing campaigns across the studio theatrical and Disney+ titles. Responsibilities include managing:

+ Social content for multiple profiles within Facebook, YouTube. Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok along with other emerging social platforms

+ Digital video concepts that will live on our film and studio specific social media handles, in conjunction with our Creative Content team

+ Assist with online trailer debuts across our entire digital portfolio

+ Digital influencer programs to activate word of mouth across social landscapes

+ Creative production and creative vendor management for campaign creative including but not limited to social content, copywriting, paid media creative, website development, CRM and select in-house production needs as they arise.

+ Production and execution of all social incentive programs/sweepstakes from ideation through fulfillment

+ Work with the specialist and coordinator to define content to be used on social and editorial calendars, to be shared with our agencies and media partners.

+ On-site management of digital & social activities at events such as premieres, screenings and junkets.

+ Application of a multicultural lens to all social and creative materials as part of the strategy developed by VP & Director of Digital Marketing.

+ Collaborate and communicate with Disney international digital teams around the world on global debuts and creation of social and paid media materials

+ Collaborate with synergy partners across the company in conjunction with the VP and Director of Digital Marketing to ensure optimum communication and utilization of all key assets as they pertain to our movie campaigns, with a key emphasis on the relationship with Disney Interactive and presence on Disney.com and their portfolio of social pages and blogs.

+ Identify key trends, tools and technologies to incorporate into our campaigns

+ Liaise with internal departments to complete daily production tasks on time and on budget


Reports to VP of Digital Marketing and proactively contributes to process improvement
