**Global Financial Control (GFC)** is responsible for managing and executing consolidated financial and legal entity reporting; interpreting and applying accounting policy and standards; overseeing financial controls and operational risk assessments; managing and maintaining financial data and systems; managing general ledger and subledger accounting; and supporting tax activities. In short, our focus in GFC is to get the numbers right and to work in support of the companys goals, most importantly responsible growth
**Centralized Regulatory Reporting (CRR)** is responsible for preparation, review, and submission of U.S. financial regulatory reports for the bank, broker-dealer, and certain non-bank subsidiaries and works closely with business and finance partners across the organization to gather, analyze and prepare required regulatory reports
**Senior Regulatory Reporting Team Lead** role is within the CRR Broker Dealer organization responsible for the preparation and review of Regulatory Reporting calculations (SEC Rule 15c3-3) for locally regulated entities including broker dealers, swap dealers and other legal entities. Responsible for reviewing and enhancing control processes, and approve data submissions for reporting team.

Experienced professional in broker dealer regulatory reporting focusing on 15c3-3 reserve reporting requirements. Reviews periodic regulatory calculation and control processes for U.S. regulated broker dealer entities, assist in advancing operating model through management and development of junior team members.
+ Senior Regulatory Controller Team Lead 15c3-3
+ Preparation, review and approval of daily and month end 15c3-3 Reserve Formula computation.
+ Responsible for the maintenance of 15c3-3 reserve procedures, control documentation and spreadsheet compliance.
+ Responsible for responding to queries from business partners related to the daily 15c3-3 computation.
+ Interacting and providing support to FINRA, SEC, CFTC, Internal, and public auditors
+ Review and preparation of month end 15c3-3 schedules for FOCUS Reporting
+ Supervising offshore team for tasks related to 15c3-3 computations
+ Assist in team development and training
+ Lead Operational Excellence (OpEx) initiatives to streamline processes improvements
**_Required Skills:_**
+ +10 years of professional experience supporting 15c3-3
+ Bachelors degree (or higher) (finance or accounting strongly preferred)
+ Strong control mindset
+ Ability to work on multiple, complex tasks simultaneously and against aggressive deadlines
+ Strong problem solving skills and analytical abilities
+ Strong organizational,communication and presentation skills
+ Ability to work well both independently, within the team and collaboratively across the organization.
+ Strong attention to details
+ Advanced experience/skills with Excel
**_Desired Skills:_**
+ Previous experience in the financial services industry
+ FINRA Series 99 or 27 licensed
+ CPA or equivalent a plus

$140,000 - $185,000
