Global Operations is responsible for delivering integrated operations solutions for all lines of business, staff support areas, and the broader enterprise including operations teams in our global regions. Global Operations provides operational support to our clients and business partners day to day in the processing and settling of transactions through trade capture, allocating, confirming and clearing trades and processing payments.



**Role Description and Responsibilities**



Global Market Operations recruits highly motivated individuals who can help the firm and its clients facilitate business.



The Global Markets Operations team focuses on our clients, on controlling and transforming our processes and most importantly, on investing in our team who delivers it all. This team provide full front-to-back support for Global Markets sales, trading and underwriting business for securities, foreign exchange, fixed income, exchange traded derivatives and over the counter (OTC) derivatives. We manage the trade lifecycle and cross-functional operational support for these products across multiple lines of business. We are at the forefront in our industry, with the ability to make our clients financial lives better and we have the power to make a difference.



You will join a close-knit team of professionals supporting our business and clients through:



+ Processing and settling transactions to the highest quality standards

+ Researching and resolving problems across lines of business

+ Exploring methods to enhance processes, further reduce risks, and boost client satisfaction

+ Collaboration across team and products groups to further develop our lines of business



Professionals in Operations come from various academic and professional backgrounds and display strong skills in communication, critical thinking, problem solving and collaboration.



**Required Skills include:**



+ Basic Excel knowledge

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and multi task

+ Ability to work in a team environment

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate with various stakeholders.

+ Excellent time management and prioritization skills

+ Ability to meet tight deadlines

+ Ability and willingness to continuously learn on the job

+ Ability to problem-solve and take ownership of process improvements

+ Commitment to delivering excellence

+ Candidate should be intellectually curious and understand what drives processes
