JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary

Sundt Construction is seeking a marketing / graphic design professional experienced in print, digital, video, and dimensional projects. The ideal candidate is a team player who has a strong portfolio of real-world work, is persuasive and a creative problem solver, and preferably, understands construction, architecture, and/or engineering and the built environment. You will join our marketing team, an internal group in charge of building strength across the firm's market segments and creating solid Sundt brand awareness. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team on collateral and graphics for internal and external communications projects.
You must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the senior graphic design specialist and marketing team on creative visual solutions for projects serving internal and external audiences.
2. Maintain graphic standards and brand consistency both internally and externally.
3. Responsible for developing a variety of print and digital graphics, including brochures, documents, advertisements, postcards, apparel, social media posts, infographics, large-format prints, presentations and more.
4. Stay current with trends in graphic design.

Minimum Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field or three years of experience in graphic design and production process preferably for an A/E/C firm.
2. Demonstrated knowledge of design principles including layout, color theory, typography.
3. High proficiency in use and application of Adobe Creative Cloud (lnDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat), and Microsoft Office XP (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with AutoCAD, 3D Modeling. Experience with Wordpress a plus.
4. Must have experience translating business information into compelling visuals such as charts, graphs, and infographics. Familiarity with architectural and engineering drawings a plus.
5. Must provide a portfolio or work samples.

1. May stoop, kneel, or bend, on an occasional basis
2. Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures
3. Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects on a frequent basis
4. Will interact with people and technology frequently during a shift/work day
5. Will lift, push or pull objects up to 50lbs on an occasional basis.
6. Will sit, stand or walk short distances for up to the entire duration of a shift/work day.
7. Will use telephone, computer system, email, and other electronic devices on a frequent basis to communicate with internal and external customers or vendors
