Your mission as our Marketing Design Specialist is a culture influencer who plays a key role in the development and execution of stakeholder messaging through imagery, design, collateral generation, web content, photography, and video production with a team committed to career growth.
Work Location: 10% travel to support creative opportunities, partnering on-site with team members either in Wichita and/or Hutchinson, KS.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage, design and enhance the Capital II, Seat King, LLC, and Electrex, Inc. brand and collateral through consistent branded imagery, collateral launch plans while pro-actively identify brand-building areas.
Videographer leading video shoots on location in Wichita or Hutchinson, KS with our employees and community partners.
Develop strategy-driven visual content for sales proposals, data sheets, presentations, and other business development documents.
Produce and maintaining a website using WIX.
Manage Customer Surveys and Reporting.
Prepare collateral alternatives based on key B2B sales needs.
Manipulate photographic images in a style congruent with branding from web to print.
KEY REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in fine arts/graphic design, media production, or related field or experience equivalent.
A compelling portfolio with projects showcasing design, photography, web and videography plus a resume.
This position requires travel (10% travel) to support opportunities, working on-site with the engagement teams either in Wichita or Hutchinson, KS.
Your known as one who calms the nerves of video team members for best-in-class video shoots.
Strong communication skills from video shoots with team members to the creative design process with all levels of the organization and community partners.
Strong work experience using layer-based graphics design for proof of concepts and throughout creative process.
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and video equipment.
Ability to edit video footage in post-production.
Experience providing direction to gather the appropriate video footage.
Business experience creating attractive and compelling display graphics for our digital suite.
Experience designing and producing sales collateral material like data sheets, price sheets, and brochures.
Experience creating and executing graphics for web/email/social media required.
