This role will be responsible for leading the Global Mobility organization, ensuring that the function supports business strategy, while championing high standards for compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The individual will define and coordinate a Global Mobility program, taking into consideration methodologies in the deployment of mobile employees, cost and control considerations and trade-offs, the need for focused development and localization strategies, management of a multi-national/multi-cultural staff, as well as compensation, taxation, immigration, and benefits across multiple countries and payrolls. The individual will work across a multi-disciplined group of partners with key responsibilities in providing Relocation, Tax, Finance, Immigration, and Mobility-related consultation and support to Business and HR colleagues.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Maintain global responsibility for management and oversight of Citi's Mobility programs
+ Develop and implement coordinated, cohesive Mobility strategies globally, and align Citis Talent and Leadership strategy with Citis Mobility strategy
+ Communicate Global Mobility plans and outcomes in line with organizational, product, and function direction; provide ongoing education to stakeholders on policy and processes
+ Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design and deliver programs that enable talent mobility in a timely and cost-effective manner
+ Evaluate, design, and implement global mobility organization structure and process improvements on a continuous basis
+ Manage vendor relationships and processes; monitor performance of service providers by defining KPIs and delivery standards
+ Advise and implement cost-efficient strategies to enhance mobility programs and ensure industry best practices
+ Oversee the functions budget and monitor/track cost of programs; partner closely with Finance and Tax to maintain stakeholder awareness of budget and compliance impacts
+ Manage and develop a diverse global team; engage employees across geographies and build an environment where everyone can contribute fully to achieve the organizations objectives
+ Engage with internal and external partners to provide subject matter expertise as issues emerge
**Knowledge/Experience/Technical Skills:**
+ 10+ years experience in a Global Mobility capacity, including expatriate, immigration, and mobility program management as well as key HR disciplines including Compensation, Benefits, and Employment Law in a global context
+ Experienced manager of vendors, subject matter experts, and customer service delivery teams
+ Proficiency with Relocation Management System platforms and system solutions
+ Strong in MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
