As a Human Resources Business Partner, you areresponsible for aligning business objectives with the employees and management in the delegate. Serving as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, youll make a significant impact on building and maintaining our culture of growth and positivity, and support. Youll also act as an employee champion, change agent, and proactive problem solver with your strong understanding of business needs. This position reports to the Delegate Vice President, Amanda Colon, and will serve on the delegates senior leadership team. The Human Resources Business Partner will lead an HR team of two individuals (HR Generalist and HR Administrator).

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in a related field required.

  • SPHR / SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

  • Minimum of five (5) years of direct Human Resources Management experience with emphasis on employee relations; business partner experience preferred; experience working in Head Start or early childhood education/related field is a plus.

  • Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience in a professional setting required.

  • Must have experience using HRIS and ATS systems.

  • Physical exam and background checks are required for this position.

  • Travel required locally or long-distance up to 10% of the time for work-related meetings and functions.

  • Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

The salary range for this role is $90,000-$110,000/yr.
