Site Name: USA - New Jersey - Warren Posted Date: Jul 11 2022 The Technology Product Manager MarTech US will collaborate cross-functionally with Business, Technology and with Global Partners to deliver digitally to define US MarTech requirements across Audience, Media, Performance, Direct to Customer and Care roadmaps. The individual will partner with our Consumer Experience business teams to clarify business requirements, operationalize delivery and facilitate process transformation and bring sound delivery that unlocks data-driven key results. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following Champion a Product capability to lead cross functional team of business, brand, marketing, technology partners, and data owners to ensure technology solutions are delivered in the US in line with business requirements and expected outcomes Define road map of short, medium & long-term plans to drive tech transformation across the consumer experience strategy. Review existing business processes that are pain points and identify areas that can benefit from improved tech capabilities that integrate seamlessly and deliver against conversion and audience data-enrichment KPIs. Partner with Product teams across Tech & Data as needed to deliver on transformation and ensure that the delivery is planned and operates as needed. Tracking, monitoring and communicating on projects in flight. Develop strong cross functional relationships, manage complex programs and execute on commercial priorities Partner with commercial owners to drive to clear understanding of tech stack, inter-operable dependencies, and ways of working. Collaborate across the organization to leverage learnings and best practices. Presenting to different levels within the organization on the value of the use cases. Understand the agile principles and product mindset for the organization Analyze, define and document detailed process workflows through user interviews, facilitated workshops and expert engagement. Develop a clear understanding of the core entities and accountabilities within the process. Understand the business priorities and objectives impacting the business process in parallel with understanding the limitations and gaps of the current environment. Help build the business case for a strategic change and new initiatives. Provide detailed input into the process change and business benefit of its implementation. Deconstruct complex processes into manageable simplified representations that facilitate strategic discussion and decision making. Quality, Risk & Compliance: Ensuring all applications supporting the business are compliant with internal security, risk management policies and practices, external regulatory and statutory requirements Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelors degree in Product, Engineering or Computer Science 7 + years of retail industry experience or tech consulting with focus on digital marketing, performance marketing, CIAM, digital commerce, DTC/B2B/B2C, Order to Cash, Customer Service, ERP Engineering mindset with some hands-on experience in Order Management Systems (OMS), Mobile/Digital Payments, Content Management Systems, ERP integrations. Project management experience; Scrum/SAFE experience a plus Experience delivering new technologies and demonstrated commercial business acumen. This should be through Product/Program delivery, installing/facilitating DevOps, business relationship management Leadership experience Serving a sole representative of commercial needs back to complex enabling functions to align dependent requirements in a timely fashion. Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Masters Degree Proficiency in ERP Customer & Product Data infrastructure Experience in E2E architectural integration methods (EDI, ETL, API, other) Demonstrated project management skills with Agile certifications Excellent communicator and presenter, with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization Must have competency in communication, specifically written, strong functional/technical skills and able to manage a multi-project-based workload Demonstrates compliance with financial requirements, and internal reporting policies Demonstrates values and behaviors consistent with GSK expectation Experience with headless commerce platforms (SAP Hybris, Shopify, Sales Force, other) Proficiency in audience manage solutions including DMP/CDP, Tag Management, Data Onboarding, Web Analytics High proficiency in installing/managing DevOps and incident management processes across matrix product solutions Why GSK?
