ICG Data Privacy Senior Analyst - AVP

The ICG Data Privacy Senior Analyst will directly support the ICG Data Privacy organization, including the Global Head of ICG Data Privacy, the ICG Data Privacy Regional Leads, and the ICG In-Business Privacy Officers. This role is part of the First Line of Defense (1st LoD) for all ICG-related data privacy matters.


**Job Purpose:**


The ICG Data Privacy Senior Analysts will work to ensure that the ICG business is compliant with all applicable data protection laws, regulations, policies, standards and processes.


In particular, the Senior Analysts will support the implementation of, and ongoing compliance with, major privacy regulations across the globe (i.e. the GDPR, the China PIPL, etc.). This role will also support the Global Head of ICG Data Privacy in the management of the overall ICG Data Privacy Operating Model and ICG Data Governance Activities relating to Privacy.


**Key Responsibilities:**


The Senior Analysts key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:


+ Supporting privacy operations for the ICG Data Privacy organization, including activities such as data subject rights requests, privacy notices, Privacy Impact Assessments, records of processing, breach investigations and root cause analysis, privacy risk management (digital / data / tech change), privacy control enhancement, and privacy risk reporting


+ Supporting the ICG Data Privacy Regional Leads throughout the program lifecycle of jurisdictional implementations, including activities such as scheduling reviews, preparing materials, and taking and distributing meeting minutes


+ Producing monthly operational metrics


+ Capturing data quality issues within Enterprise tools


+ Liaising with key partners across the firm, including the Enterprise Chief Data Office (ECDO), the Chief Privacy Office (CPO), and Global Data Privacy Legal team


+ Supporting the In-Business Privacy Officers in providing regular training, communications and awareness to build a data privacy culture across the ICG businesses


+ Participating in ICG Privacy Forums and providing requested inputs


+ Supporting enterprise-wide and ICG-wide change initiatives for their respective businesses regarding privacy, records management, and data management enhancements
