The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.


**Responsibilities:**


+ Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements

+ Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards

+ Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint

+ Translate business requirements into optimal, easy-to-use solutions within SharePoint.

+ Build and automate business processes using InfoPath forms and SharePoint Designer workflows using native SharePoint capabilities.

+ Configure and implement SharePoint features for specific business requirements.

+ Customize SharePoint UI using HTML/CSS/jQuery/JavaScript as necessary.

+ Create fluid interfaces and build complete applications to automate various business processes.

+ Integrate data from other LOB applications into SharePoint.

+ Create reports/scorecards/dashboards using out-of-box SharePoint features/Excel/Power Query and other BI tools as necessary.

+ Develop custom Page Layouts and web parts as per user requirements.

+ Act as a SharePoint SME in making informed recommendations related to SharePoint application design, infrastructure, testing, and deployment.

+ Install, configure and administer SQL Server Reporting Server in multiple environments.

+ Build SQL Server table, write Stored Procedures to Extract, Transform and Load various tables.

+ Create SSIS packages to fetch data from various applications and assist in data movement.

+ Express business awareness and understanding of business requirements to turn ideas into solutions using Microsoft SQL Server tools.

+ Design and develop and publish custom reports in SQL Server Reporting server as per business requirements.

+ Evaluate Business Intelligence system performance and make technical recommendations to resolve any performance issues.


**Qualifications:**


+ 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role

+ Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications

+ Experience in managing and implementing successful projects

+ Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development

+ Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate

+ Demonstrated leadership and project management skills

+ Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication


**Education:**


+ Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience

+ Masters degree preferred
