Key Responsibilities:

• Support elicitation of business cases with project team and project owners, defining business outcomes, including key performance indicators, and linking to strategic solutions.

• Learn to review, analyze, and evaluate operational business processes and contextualize where opportunities can be realized.

• Work with business partners within one or more business functions to align operational and technology solutions with business strategies.

• Assist with continuous improvement of processes and technology by using operational process mapping to eliminate waste and deliver end-to-end value.

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) business solution architecture models to support end-to-end business and technology documentation.

• Develop end-to-end architecture models, utilizing the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) framework and Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) methodology with coaching and supervision.

• Actively participate in architecture reviews (peer and team reviews) to provide constructive criticism and elicit optimal quality and accuracy of architecture deliverables.

Required Experience / Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in professional work environment

• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Excellent listening and documentation skills

• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills

• Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions

• Ability to work collaboratively across project teams

• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and applications

• Ability to learn new technology and technical products to increase technical skills and expertise

Desired Experience / Qualifications:

• Understanding of Business Process Modeling, BPMN

• Knowledge of architecture frameworks

  • Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF)

  • The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF)

  • The Zachman Framework

• Experience creating detailed reports

• High-level Technology knowledge/comprehension

• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills

• Experience in MS Visio

This role is WAH/Flex, which allows most work to be performed at home. WAH/Flex employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 if they choose to come onsite or if required to periodically come on site.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $70,100 - $116,900, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
