Key Responsibilities:
Support elicitation of business cases with project team and project owners, defining business outcomes, including key performance indicators, and linking to strategic solutions.
Learn to review, analyze, and evaluate operational business processes and contextualize where opportunities can be realized.
Work with business partners within one or more business functions to align operational and technology solutions with business strategies.
Assist with continuous improvement of processes and technology by using operational process mapping to eliminate waste and deliver end-to-end value.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) business solution architecture models to support end-to-end business and technology documentation.
Develop end-to-end architecture models, utilizing the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) framework and Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) methodology with coaching and supervision.
Actively participate in architecture reviews (peer and team reviews) to provide constructive criticism and elicit optimal quality and accuracy of architecture deliverables.
Required Experience / Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in professional work environment
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent listening and documentation skills
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions
Ability to work collaboratively across project teams
Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and applications
Ability to learn new technology and technical products to increase technical skills and expertise
Desired Experience / Qualifications:
Understanding of Business Process Modeling, BPMN
Knowledge of architecture frameworks
Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF)
The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF)
The Zachman Framework
Experience creating detailed reports
High-level Technology knowledge/comprehension
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
Experience in MS Visio

This role is WAH/Flex, which allows most work to be performed at home. WAH/Flex employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 if they choose to come onsite or if required to periodically come on site.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $70,100 - $116,900, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
