Fully develop and support software solutions in a manufacturing environment. Full stack development of solutions that increase automation and eliminate manual processes. Support of the development and/or implementation of web-based solutions for industrial manufacturing operations and other business needs and services. Takes the lead on analyzing business needs and breaking complex issues into manageable project tasks. Works with business customers and other team members to develop solutions that remove waste and increase both accuracy and efficiencies. Collaborates with Group, Division and Corporation IT staff. Supports working relationships with suppliers, customers and operating units.

Essential Functions: Define and document the scope of Information Technology related projects offering direction and support to team members for project completion. Establishes and develops procedures for proper utilization of technology related to business opportunities. Develop detailed task lists, timelines and resource budgets to complete projects. Align resources and tasks to accomplish projects on time. Communicate projects status to key personnel including project stakeholders, decision makers, sponsors and project team members on a regular basis. Provide monthly management reporting on the status of all projects. Provide an effective project close/transition at the completion of the scope of projects. Actively encourages the development and mentoring of team members. Identify and communicate recommendations for new or improved business systems or services within the enterprise framework to support the business units.\ Champion and promote the availability and resources of enterprise systems and services related to increase effectiveness and efficiencies. Analyze, design, configure, code, test and document advanced IT application systems including client server, android mobile and web enabled technologies. Demonstrate the ability to work and adapt to IT technologies including Blazer, Telerik, SQL, .NET, Java, XML, Oracle/Siebel, IBM Sterling, and IBM DataStage. Key Technical Knowledge: This position will be assigned (but is not limited to) some of the following key information technology disciplines and/or services: Application Programming (Blazer, Telerik, Full Stack) Software Support (Solutions already in production, new solutions) Database Administration (SQL Server, Eliminate MS Access) PC Support/Help Desk (Only Application Support) Remote Process Automation (UIPath)\ Business Systems (Mainframe, MES, WMS, MRP) Order Management (Siebel, Yantra, one off supply chain solutions) Data and ETL (Stage Data, Data Quality, DB2, SQL) Business Intelligence and Reporting (OBIEE, Report Writing, Extracts) Integration services (WebSphere, Message Broker) Web Development (Java, .NET)

4 year University / College Degree or equivalent 12 years of related experience Knowledge of commensurate technology for assigned area of responsibility Demonstrated ability to lead project teams Demonstrated customer service skills Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
