The main function of this position is to commission Honeywell control systems €“ HVAC, Fire and security control systems. These control systems are engineered by Honeywell€™s in-house engineers, installed by Electrical Sub Contractors and then commissioned by Honeywell Field technicians in commercial buildings (office buildings, schools, universities, airports, hospitals, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

Maintain equipment
\r
Respond to & resolve service calls
\r
Provide technical support
\r
Troubleshoot large commercial HVAC automation & controls systems and the computer networks associated with these systems.
\r
Additional responsibilities include the technical delivery of small service jobs, time & material work, and preventative maintenance.
\r
You Must Have:
\r
\r
High School Diploma or GED
\r
3+ years of experience with building automation systems and controls
\r
1+ years experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and internet browsers.
\r
Valid driver€™s license
\r
\r

Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and diagrams
\r
Honeywell installed systems HVAC product knowledge
\r
Experience with system integration, networking and software interfaces
\r
Expert knowledge of HVAC systems, control systems, mechanical system operation and building facilities
\r
Expert in any one area but possesses basic cross functional products and systems knowledge (HVAC,FIRE & SECURITY)
\r
Expert network and integration abilities to be able to work on multiple protocols like BACnet, Modbus, OPC, LON, etc
\r
Ability to train, teach, mentor and coach Associate Install Technical Specialists and Install Technical Specialists and be the go to person for complex system installations
\r
Tridium/BACnet experience
\r
OSHA 10 certification
\r
