**Job Description Summary**

The Home care services specialist is responsible for strategizing and executing on service strategy for home care globally. The person needs to provide product and digital applications support, configure & integrate Pulsenmore digital solution into the customers environment, deliver product training for customers on equipment use and handle complaints. This is a new space for GEHC in partnership with Pulsenmore, and the candidate needs to think innovatively on possible issues that may come up in the field and proactively drive solutions to build acceptance of our home portfolio.

**Job Description**



**Essential responsibilities:**



+ Strategize and execute an optimal service strategy for home care

+ Responsible for providing product and digital applications support during & after the sales process

+ Assess the existing infrastructure of the customer Usage of active directory, hospital systems and interfaces, cloud etc.

+ Gap analysis of what is needed to onboard a new customer, including account creating and other activities

+ Configure & integrate Pulsenmore digital solution into the customers environment

+ Monitor customer usage of the Home Ultrasound to improve customer satisfaction

+ Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and customer training.

+ Provide Service trainings to GE support call centre or equivalent

+ Keen ear to learn requests from customers and feed it back to the development team to improve the product



**Desired Characteristics**



+ Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience

+ Basic networking knowledge (IT administrator in the past could help)

+ Savvy with Digital applications, cloud solutions, apps is a plus

+ Knowledge of PACS, DICOM standards and other hospital interfaces will help

+ Knowledge or experience with healthcare products

+ Strong presentation and problem-solving skills

+ Demonstrated interpersonal & communication skills (ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, to global counterparts and to team members in other functional organizations)

+ Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve

+ Willingness to travel both within and outside your specified geographic region with overnight stays depending on geography and business need
