  4. Preform required maintenance on Mechanical chillers, cooling towers, roof top units as well as additional hvac systems across property

  5. Performs preventive maintenance and repair duties on all building mechanical systems, equipment, and tools.

  6. Operates and repairs energy management equipment.

  7. Operates life safety systems, maintenance, and repair in public areas and guest rooms.

  8. Maintains all logs necessary for conformance with established standards including up to date refrigerant usage form and inventory log.

  9. Maintain log book of MCP Operations and additional HVAC Systems as required

  10. Ensure that all work conducted is entered into CMMS system (Maximo)
