KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Enterprise Policy Engine to join our Data Strategy and Operations organization.
Responsibilities:
+ Ability to take direction from senior members of the team and execute with precision while raising issues or risks that could impact scope, budget and/or timeline
+ Responsible for creating business and functional requirements pertaining to reference data libraries, data tagging, data integration, policy rules, workflows and user experience
+ Coordinate with senior members of the team and business stakeholders to analyze current data related policies and hand books to create a taxonomy and structure of policy rules and data tags; gather and develop initial list of policy rules and data tags to test out the taxonomy and structure
+ Work closely with senior members of the team and other business and technology stakeholders to guide the design, build activities, testing and implementation of Policy Engine tools including data integration, business rules engine, and various reference data libraries
+ In charge of developing and maintaining playbooks, user guides, training materials, operating models and related artifacts
+ Contribute to policy rules standards and strategy in conjunction with data governance; develop and maintain processes that support the implementation, administration and change management for the Policy Engine
Qualifications:
+ Minimum five years of recent and progressive experience in Agile; experience in design and build execution/project management; experience writing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cases and performed/managed UAT
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
+ Strong knowledge of concepts and related functions of data tagging, business rules, data usage, handling and protection, taxonomy; knowledge and three plus years of hands on experience with data governance and Metadata Management tools like Collibra, Informatica Axon, Informatica EDC, Informatica DPM or similar products; knowledge and minimum two years of hands on experience with ServiceNOW including development management for example, the SNOW Assessment and other similar modules
+ Solid knowledge of data governance roles such as data owner, technical owner, data stewards, data consumer and others; some experience with policies and standards; experience working on data integrating projects; background working on Business Rules engine projects a plus; experience with industry data parsing/tagging/analytics tool
+ Background in leading implementations preferably in INFA (AXON, EDC, DPM) and/or ServiceNow plus integration projects to develop and operationalize data initiatives, including profiling, data stewardship and issue management workflows while managing a team; experience with data management, data governance; ability to participate in development of resource plans and structures and influence organizational priorities, with direct supervision and accountability of delivery
