The Kroll Business Services ("KBS") division of Kroll is seeking to hire a Divisional Financial Reporting & Analysis Manager to conduct the budgeting and financial reporting process of three of our service lines, Kroll Issuer Services, Kroll Agency & Trustee Services and Kroll Business Technology ("KBS London Service Lines"). KBS is seeking to hire an experienced professional who will work collaboratively with the finance teams across Kroll as well as the KBS and service line management teams. The individual should have extensive budgeting, financial reporting and month end review experience.
The Divisional Financial Reporting & Analysis Manager will report to the KBS CFO, who in turn, reports to the KBS CEO and COO.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Help drive and improve finance process changes particularly from a billing and revenue recognition perspective
Review month-end close schedules and financial statements for the KBS London Service Lines
Oversee preparation of monthly reporting package for the KBS London Service Lines
Prepare annual budgets for the Kroll London Service Lines as well as quarterly updated reforecasts
Perform budget to actual analyses for the KBS London Service Lines
Coordinate and communicate across Kroll finance and KBS and service lines management teams to ensure operational success and timely and accurate reporting
Ensure the KBS London Service Lines are prepared for big 4 audit
Other finance-related tasks as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's in accounting and master's degree in accounting or business administration
At least 5 years of public accounting work experience
CPA license is preferred
Strong excel and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrates the ability to work effectively with Senior Management and colleagues at all levels of a company
