Job Summary:

Location: London, UK

Division: Ticketmaster International

Line Manager: Senior Designer, International Marketing

Contract Terms: Permanent, 40 hours per week

THE JOB

We require a skilled, energetic and creative Marketing Designer with solid experience of brand design and producing marketing materials that effect consumer behaviour for B2C campaigns.

The Brand & Marketing Communications team is part of the International Marketing department. This role is key in developing Ticketmaster brand marketing collateral for multiple platforms, campaigns, products and touchpoints across 30+ markets.

The successful candidate will create and develop campaign and brand materials for both online and offline purposes to be used across our multi lingual markets. You will take ownership of projects from conceptual sketches all the way to pixel-perfect final deliverables that drive increases in product adoption and fan engagement.

You have a solid innovative portfolio with strong conceptual design skills and digital experience. You have proven capacity for delivering beautiful and usable solutions that people love. You also need to understand the importance of brand consistency, by working within our brand guidelines framework and advising different stakeholders on a breadth of marketing design projects in a confident and mature manner.

You will be asked to create advertisements, landing pages, short animations and CRM templates, giving your input in various campaigns. Previous experience with consumer-facing transactional sites, responsive sites, or software product design is a bonus but not a requirement.

You will have good communication skills and the ability to juggle numerous projects for different teams and markets; understanding their requirements and keeping them updated on centrally available assets and campaign materials is vital.

The most important factors we are looking for are: 1) Creativity; 2) Solid marketing design experience and basic development skills; 3) Ability to work and think independently; 4) Ability to understand and manage multiple projects at once; and 5) Ability to problem solve (nothing is unachievable!). We are looking for do-ers, who want to develop both their design and development skills for marketing purposes.

You, in turn, will be rewarded with reaching up to 50 million+ customers with your design decisions, collaborate and learn from incredible co-workers, and enjoy a great and supportive working environment that will allow you to develop existing skills and learn new ones.
