Your Team

The Performance Management Team is responsible for ensuring our Enterprise Marketing Organization is run as a business and drives a culture of outcomes driven marketing. This role is responsible for supporting the Team in executing against planning and prioritization processes that drive initiatives across our Enterprise Marketing Portfolio based on business value, strategic outcomes, and alignment to strategy. In addition, you will support the management of budget levels across channels, marketing activities that optimizes for ROI, and shift investment allocations accordingly.

The Role

In this role you will be supporting the Enterprise Marketing Project Portfolio Manager in ensuring the Marketing Senior Leadership Team have clear line of sight into the health, composition, and benefits of our Enterprise Marketing Project Portfolio. Responsibilities include the following:

  • Develop/mature planning and prioritization process within CMO to drive prioritization of initiatives based on business value, strategic outcomes, and alignment to strategy.

  • Manage the implementation of the Performance Hub

  • Support the prioritization meetings for CMO Leaders to collectively review, align and prioritize our list of Marketing Initiatives

  • Partner with Finance on CMO initiatives and CBA development to reinforce ROI received for Marketing costs incurred

  • Support the management of budget levels, across channels, marketing activities that optimizes for ROI, and shift investment allocations accordingly

  • Manage enterprise level portfolio planning tool and associated processes and reporting

  • Assist in the creation and delivery of communications to portfolio stakeholders

  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Best-in-Class performance management templates.

  • Assist in collecting and consolidating key performance metric data, as defined by the portfolio governance, and using various techniques, to measure the health of Marketing's portfolio

  • Responsible for resource capacity planning / demand management against Marketing's Project Portfolio, while ensuring the organizations projects and resources are aligned with the strategic plans of the business

Your Expertise

What youll need to succeed:

  • 5+ years experience in organizing, planning, and executing large-scale projects from vision through implementation, involving internal personnel, contractors, and vendors

  • Very strong analytical skills: preference is someone with Mathematics, Economics, Statistics education / background

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills necessary for interacting with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform, and influence outcomes

  • Results-oriented with demonstrated ability to deliver results in a timely fashion

  • Ability to apply creative and strategic solutions to solve business challenges, to develop new ideas and to gain buy-in

  • Creative thinker willing to consider various solutions to a problem

  • Flexibility to handle rapid change and multiple tasks at once

  • Management of multiple projects in parallel as part of program of work
