The Marketing Technology Manager utilizes technology and general marketing knowledge to support all marketing efforts for Inmar, working with Sales Enablement, Product / Corporate Marketing, and Sales to maximize the results of all campaigns. Works collaboratively with other sales enablement team members on all technical aspects of the organizations marketing automation tools, including email marketing, marketing lead management, database/list management, campaign execution and analysis of campaign metrics. The position will require extensive use of Pardot, Salesforce.com, the Google suite of products, and other 3rd-party solutions. On occasion will be responsible for assisting with research as needed to support lead generation campaign preparation.
Primary Accountabilities:
Set up programs / campaigns (emails, forms, landing pages, etc.), including creating assets (email, landing page) through templates/HTML coding as directed by Marketing Technology Manager
Set up, test, execute and manage lead gen and marketing campaigns (including email campaigns, trade shows, webinars, advertising, etc.) in a number of virtual environments to ensure message quality as directed by Marketing Technology Manager
Utilize marketing-related technology programs and systems, including Pardot, Salesforce.com, Zoom, Survey Monkey, etc.
Work extensively in marketing automation system (Pardot) including:
Work with Marketing Technology Manager and Salesforce Admins to collaborate on best practices on data quality and data life
Work with Marketing Technology Manage on strategy and execution for data usage and maximum delivery on all marketing campaigns
Design and implement automated business rules as directed by Marketing Technology Manager
Design and implement opt-in programs.
Manage pre-existing and establish new rules to interface website behavior.
Perform testing to optimize campaign performance
Analyze and optimize campaigns through learnings regarding methodology around email campaigns, including structure of emails, send times, segmentation, etc
Become familiar with marketing dashboards and reporting to interpret open rates, click through, deliverability, conversions
Assemble reports by compiling, consolidating, formatting and summarizing information
Serve as consultant to stakeholders regarding results of campaigns and reporting, providing feedback, interpretation, and recommendations as to campaigns results.
Maintain marketing contact database quality including maintaining data governance and segmentation programs as directed by Marketing Technology Manager
Implement standard processes (as it applies to marketing automation) as directed by Marketing Technology Manager
Manage adjacent web tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, Cvent, CrowdCompass) as directed by Marketing Technology Manager
Collaborate with Marketing Managers and Sellers on campaigns, strategy, and execution
Manage and execute automation efforts for non-Marketing aspects of the company as directed by Marketing Technology Manager

Various customer campaigns
Manage marketing aspects of CRM system (Salesforce.com), as directed by Marketing Technology Manager, including:
Create and manage marketing related SFDC campaigns
Create, manage and clean campaign member lists
Leverage data enrichment tools to research missing information and develop new leads as well as connecting and cleaning sales contact data.
Provide day-to-day end-user support as needed (including system configuration, complex formulas and system maintenance)
Educate other users with best practices to enhance and increase their knowledge of Salesforce.com
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or communications
Minimum of 3 years experience working with a marketing automation tool (i.e.,Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Hubspot, etc.) required
Minimum of 3 years experience working with a CRM system (i.e., SalesForce or NetSuite) highly preferred
Or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position
Technical savvy and comfort with software applications

Must be thorough and very attentive to detail

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and other web programming languages is a HUGE plus
Working knowledge of project management software (i.e., Wrike, ASANA or Percolate) is a HUGE plus
