The NetSuite Project Manager is responsible for the requirements, plan, budget, and timeline with a heavy focus on collaboration and communication to a variety of audiences. The Project Manager will support a variety of NetSuite projects, including upgrades, optimizations, enhancements, and implementations of new modules and updates of the system.

What do we expect?
+ Provide pre-sales support and work with sales team on change requests and statement of work
+ Coordination and allocation of project resources, and collaboration with leadership to ensure proper coverage
+ Creation and maintenance of project documentation for system users
+ Facilitation of project meetings, including coordinating schedules, booking meeting rooms, development of slide deck, presentation of material, and leading discussions
+ Participation in a variety of meetings, including SCRUM, scheduling, key stakeholder, leadership, etc.
+ Maintenance of the project plan, including regular updates on progress
+ Facilitate resolution of issues and roadblocks
+ Collaboration with all departments and personnel, such as technology, finance, operations, distribution, and end-users
Travel:
For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only. Here's What We're Looking For:
+ Minimum of 4 years of experience with project management, system implementation, and system integration (preferably to NetSuite)
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in NetSuite administration and confirmation with expertise in NetSuite tools including: Suite Analytics, Site Builder, Suite Bundler, Suite Flow, Suite Talk, Data Migration and the ability to analyze functional requirements, research and recommend NetSuite modules and/or Suite Apps
+ Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
+ Experience leading complex cross functional projects to a successful outcome
+ Proven ability to think through business problems and develop action plan
+ Strong client management skills and the ability to work with customers to develop and manage an implementation plan
+ Demonstrated experience in translating customer business requirements into workable world class software solution
+ Ability to travel 30-75%
+ Eligible to work in the US on a permanent basis without sponsorship
