**What You Will Achieve**
This position is responsible for assisting in the implementation and management of Electronic Patient Reported Outcomes (ePRO), Electronic Consent (eConsent) and other related Patient technologies throughout Pfizer Global Product Development. As a Senior Associate, you will work as a member of the Patient Technologies (PT) team, a division of Information Management, to assist in the development of process, policy and resources of assigned technologies in a clinical study. You will work on sub-projects, engaging a variety of stakeholders and customer groups to ensure study teams are enabled to implement Pfizer patient technologies efficiently, consistently with the highest quality and lowest regulatory risk. Knowledge of patient centric technologies allied and parallel to eCOA is required.
**How You Will Achieve It**
+ Work as a key member of the Patient Technologies Team to source stakeholder input and initiate, develop and maintain process and technologies as required.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert to Information Management and Global Product Development colleagues.
+ Interact as directed with Business/Research Units to identify specific needs for ePRO, eConsent and Mobile Health support.
+ Able to resolve conflicts, influence and communicate with key stakeholders and user groups
+ Collaborate with key departments at Pfizer both within Global Product Development and across lines and divisions.
+ Identify, initiate, and support solutions that allow study teams to implement patient-based technologies.
+ Participate in initiatives to operationalize emerging patient technologies across Pfizer's portfolio.
+ Research allied technologies, vendor services and assist in developing expertise to form a future expanded vision of patient-based technology usage within Pfizer.
+ Assist and manage key components emerging patient technology roll-out activities including the development of best practices and process improvement.
+ Engage external resources as required to develop internal Patient Technology functions and support.
+ Conduct independent needs-based research to expand Patient Technologies' knowledge, and determine how technology implementation fits within boundaries of the sponsor rules and federal regulations.
+ Interface with customers on solutions, requirements, continuous improvement, deployment change management, user groups and workshops, etc
+ Understand customers and stakeholders and ensure they are satisfied with support services and systems
+ Build & maintain knowledge-base (e.g., FAQ)
+ Communicate key project status and to various levels within the organization
**Qualifications**
**Must-Have**
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education
+ 4-7 years of experience
+ Understands concepts of information management with emphasis on document and records management
+ Knowledge and experience in project management, data analysis, business analysis, and information integration
+ Demonstrated customer relationship skills and capabilities and collaboration on teams
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Proficient in English
