We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, Technical EPM (Engineering Program Manager) that is ready to take the challenge of managing front-end program management of complex IP, Subsystem and SoC pre-Silicon design and verification of the latest set of cutting-edge products for Intel’s Ethernet Product Group.

In this position

  • You will be required to create workable, practical, and measurable work plans / project schedules defining activities and deliverables with internal project teams in design, validation, tools and methodology;

  • You will participate and manage the delivery of design and verification of IP, Sub-systems and SoC. You will focus on defining quality criteria, indicators and dashboards yielding efficient and predictable execution to pre-Silicon validation plans.

  • You will be required to manage reviews of verification plans, design execution plans, drive/participate in discussions across various disciplines to drive a clear understanding of requirements.

  • You should be able to achieve goals in timely fashion, bring out pointers to management on issues and roadblocks on a timely basis and be able to work with teams across different geographies.



Qualifications


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science / Streams or in a related field of study

  • 10+ years of relevant experience as a Technical Engineering Program Manager

  • Experience with SOC design

  • Experience with pre-Silicon validation

  • Experience managing reviews of verification plans and design execution plans

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Project Management

  • Experience with complex testbenches, verification infrastructure, design flows and issue resolution

  • Experience working across functional teams

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
