The Process Control Systems Engineer is responsible for administering the Syncade Electronic Batch Record (EBR) Solution, the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and ancillary systems which support the functionality of the Quality Systems.

Responsibilities:

• Aid in development of user requirements for quality information systems (Syncade and LIMS).

• 
  
  

• Daily monitoring of environment statuses of the Syncade and LIMS systems to include data transfers within the SQL environments.

• 
  
  

• Develop and/or revise recipes within the Syncade environment to support equipment integration or new products/processes.

• 
  
  

• Develop LIMS configuration for new or existing processes and materials.

• 
  
  

• Point of contact for LIMS integration and development for new products and processes.

• 
  
  

• Routine maintenance and hotfix installation of the Syncade environments (including application servers, SQL databases and supporting hardware).

• 
  
  

• Point of contact for troubleshooting functionality issues during EBR or LIMS execution. Facilitate error resolutions with Syncade and LIMS support to maintain uptime of the environments.

Qualifications:

• Four year college degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

• Knowledge/Understanding of SQL, XML, XPath, XSLT, VBA, Crystal Reports

• Minimum 5 years of experience or equivalent education/experience
