Our marketing and communications team currently seeks a Production Graphic Designer to assist with the design and layout of technical proposals, website and social media content, presentations/webinars, marketing collateral, and illustrations that relay technical information and processes. This position has the option to report to our Marlborough, Boston, or Mansfield Massachusetts office locations. Depending on location, our office amenities include easy access from major highways and MBTA Lines and site amenities such as a caf, gymnasium, and fitness classes. We offer a hybrid work environment with the flexibility to work from home and in the office.
Your Role:
Create and produce design materials using Adobe Creative Suite in a Windows environment
Develop robust document layouts with graphic content (images, graphics, tables) using paragraph and character styles to support brand identity and engage the reader
Work closely with marketing team to create and edit design materials including proposals, Power Point presentations and collateral related to selling professional technical services including flyers, postcards, mailers, signage, web banners, trade-show booth materials, social media graphics, etc. based on existing designs and brand guidelines
Proofreading and ensuring files are press-ready for in-house or external printing
Keep up to date with graphic design trends, techniques, and software
Retouch photos and renderings for use in Adobe InDesign, and MS Word and PowerPoint
Organize and archive images and graphics
Qualifications:
B.S. degree in business, marketing, graphics, or communications with 4+ years of experience in production graphic design and document layout, or Associate of Arts degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school with 6+ years of relevant experience.
Ability to handle periodic rapid production and tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for Windows
Proficiency using Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator for Windows OS. Experience with Adobe Premier Rush and Canva is a plus
Previous Architecture/Engineering company experience is a plus
Previous Illustration experience is a plus
Previous experience with AutoCAD is a plus
Working knowledge of 3D visualization software is a plus
A satisfactory driving record in accordance with Tetra Tech's MVR policy is required
