**UX Motion Graphic Designer**

**What youll achieve**
The primary role of the UX Motion Graphic Designer is to represent Dell Digital Design by creating visually stunning and creative video assets, interactive design, animations, and post-production to articulate design decisions developed against digital strategy.
**You will:**
Produce multiple design solutions like prototyping, wireframes, storyboards, and communication with the broader creative teams and stakeholders. Through partnership and collaboration with researchers, engineers, UX designers, product owners, and business stakeholders on all initiatives, your work should reflect a human-centered design approach and be informed by discovery and framing of the user problem.

**Essential Requirements**
Advanced level of English
Understanding of Accessibility and the ability to execute against those guidelines
Experience as a human-centered motion designer working on shippable products, including responsive web design, mobile, and/or web applications
Experience conducting user research, synthesizing findings, and presenting findings to the broader team
Able to produce high-quality video and animation elements and havexpert-level knowledge of design tools such as Figma and Adobes Creative Cloud, especially Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and programs to know as a bonus (Cinema 4D, Octane, Redshift, and Blender)
**Desirable Requirements**
Experience with tried-and-true remote collaboration processes and tools, and Agile and Lean process experience
Prior experience with a strong portfolio of video editing, animation, and interactive design work
Candidates must include an online or PDF portfolio with their application.
