THE OPPORTUNITY

The Operations Analyst will work closely with Professional Services operations leadership & other team members in managing systems, financial operations, and internal business processes. The analyst will be responsible for ensuring data in OpenAir is accurate; KPI reporting produced weekly, monthly, and quarterly; administration of NetSuite OpenAir, Smartsheet, and DOMO, reporting and analytical insight to support Professional Services, as well as other ad-hoc administrative tasks as requested. Responsibilities:

Act as the professional services Operations Analyst and OpenAir administrator, which includes:

  • Manage OpenAir data integrity and accuracy; data produced is consistent, high quality, and accurate; weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting

  • Work closely with Finance to ensure all monthly revenue is recognized accurately

  • Support end users with OpenAir and smartsheet assistance

  • Final approver of all OpenAir timesheets data and compliance management

  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed

  • Liaise and partner with other departments (IT, Support, Product Management, Finance, Sales, etc.) to drive change and automation of our OpenAir-centric processes

  • Understand the process and business practices of Xactly's global PS organization

Skills/Requirements

  • Prior experience working for US-based organization a must

  • Flexible to support both U.S. & Global end users preferred

  • 1-2 years experience in Professional Services and Support roles highly preferred

  • Experience with data analysis, forecasting, and model building highly preferred

  • Experience in professional services or management consulting operations preferred

  • Self-starter, able to manage a changing workload, accustomed to working with a remote team

  • Strong computer skills, including advanced NetSuite OpenAir, Microsoft Excel a must; previous experience with Salesforce.com, DOMO preferred

  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Excellent English written and verbal communications skills

The compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. A reasonable estimate of the range is $70,000 - $80,000 plus applicable bonus and/or commission.
