**About the role**


Were looking for a Program Manager to join the API & Developer Experience team, which is responsible for:


+ Collaboration between Technology and Product partners to provide clients developers a unified, end-to-end set of capabilities and experiences across the ICG

+ Developing and executing the strategy and roadmap for the external facing API program

+ Support internal and external benchmarking and competitive intelligence activity

+ Setting and enforcing API standards and a governance process within the ICG


The Program Manager will help plan and manage the overall API program, establishing and managing implementation plans, operational processes and procedures in a way that reduces complexity for customers and improves Citi employee productivity.


**You will:**


+ Help promote a culture of customer-centricity, accountability and innovation for APIs within the ICG

+ Work with Technology, Info Security, Standards and the Businesses to formalize program processes

+ Establish and maintain implementation plans and program timelines

+ Partner with engineering to implement processes, controls and tools that facilitate product delivery.

+ Implement best practices and SOPs for client-impacting processes and communications

+ Manage stakeholders across functions and globally distributed teams at Citi, ranging from software engineers to senior executives.

+ Develop and distribute ongoing reporting.


**You should have:**


+ 6+ years of relevant experience

+ Advanced project management and execution skills

+ Knowledge on building APIs and developer facing products

+ Excellent communicator

+ Detail-oriented

+ Ability to execute in a large, matrixed organization

+ Good interpersonal skills

+ Secure and maintain applicable licenses
