Digital Data Program Manager/Engineer

This position will help continue to drive the Celebrus initiative within our organization. We are looking for a **Senior Product Specialist/ Owner** with strong technical experience to assist as we implement/configure the software that powers our enterprise-wide digital data collection platform. This is a unique opportunity to help drive the transformation of an enterprise-wide data collection platform for one of the most viewed websites in the world.
Responsibilities include working closely with technology delivery teams and architecture teams to define technical strategy (platform designs, hardware integration, etc.), as well as engagement with program managers, Business Analysts, vendors, and senior management across multiple organizations to:
+ Defining and leading the engineering approach for complex Celebrus features
+ Prioritize and drive multiple work-streams
+ Coordinate across multiple teams and ensure technical requirements are properly communicated
+ Writing semantic configurations in the software
+ Writing vanilla JavaScript to maintain a custom data collection library
+ Managing application hardware
+ Testing/Troubleshootingdata collection for our digital properties utilizing front end debugging tools
+ Testing/Troubleshootingdata collection for our digital properties utilizing SQL in a data warehouse
+ Defect triage and resolution including querying a database to validate data collected conforms with the structure of our pages
+ Working with APIs writing custom endpoints to receive data
**Required Skills:**
+ Good experience in Technical product support, preferably on Web Analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, IBM Digital Analytics)
+ Exposure on Web development (Java, dot net, Java Scripts, JSON objects, Regular expression)
+ Knowledge on Database concepts & Intermediate SQL
+ Solid understanding of Internet architecture (HTTP, Cookies, Browser Interaction, Firewalls, DNS, Web Hosting)
+ skills
+ Knowledge of enterprise server environments and architecture (distributed data centers, load balancers, etc.)
+ Understanding and experience of working under ITIL framework
+ A rounded individual who is passionate about technology with a willingness to learn and work with unfamiliar technologies
+ Intermediate JavaScript skills
+ Browser debugging skills
+ Excellent verbal, written, and documentation skills
**Desired Skills:**
+ Celebrus application experience
+ Basic network architecture (TCP/IP, Firewalls)
+ Familiarity with big data environments and concepts
+ The ability to know ones audience and tailor communication to meet strategic goals
+ Client-side programming languages
