The Project Coordinator is an embedded role with one of Pinkerton's major global tech clients. This role is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the Project Management Office (PMO) administrative activities including the tracking of project statuses, deliverables, reports and communications. The Coordinator ensures the program team maintains an effective operating rhythm and can effectively respond to customer needs.The position will have a hybrid work schedule (client location/remote).
Essential Functions:
Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
Coordinate weekly status reminders to all impacted project managers listed under priority projects, as well as;
Weekly customer and stakeholder updates and reports for key strategic projects.
Project status inputs into relevant project management tools/tracking systems.
Corporate security leadership reports for all client's priority projects.
Support Monthly Business Reviews for the corporate security PMO and Global Programs & Services leadership team.
Maintain action item logs and meeting minutes for the PMO team weekly meetings and/or key customer meetings.
Update project management systems and records and ensure data accuracy within all active projects.
Schedule project meetings for customers, stakeholders, and PMO team members.
Assist with resolving customer issues with PMO tools and supported systems.
Update and manage project management tools, templates, electronic resources and processes to reflect current statements of work for the PMO;
Create as-needed metrics to support PMO projects.
Monitor and report on corporate services priority project and on roadmap deliverables progress by quarter.
Provide formal reports to the PMO lead and corporate security leadership.
Provide routine PMO-related updates to relevant customers and stakeholder groups.
Develop draft communications, as needed, for PMO relating to corporate services bulletins, updates, upcoming trainings, and reporting changes.
Manage PMO distribution lists and communications plans/schedules.
All other duties, as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred, with four or more years of administrative or coordination and previous experience working in project management with an executive leadership team.
