**QA Automation Tester, Southfield, MI**
Kelly Services is currently seeking a QA Automation Tester to work for one of our top clients in Southfield, MI.
This is an open ended contract that includes full benefits. Manager prefers candidate to be able to work hybrid schedule in Southfield, MI; however is open to this being fully remote.
Join the testing development to ensure the highest quality of Digital Products are released for use in the world market. The position is part of our quality & assurance testing team that designs and executes test plans for each release. The position is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing test scripts, providing operational support within a DevOps context, and responding to incidents.
**Responsibilities**
+ Write and execute test cases, manual or automated with respect to Cypress and Selenium or BlazeMeter and analyze results
+ Review and analyze system specifications
+ Collaborate with our team of software testers to develop effective strategies and test plans
+ Create and manage artifacts, reports, and logs to document testing phases, outcomes, and defects
+ Evaluate product code according to specifications
+ Report bugs and errors to development teams using Microsoft DevOps
+ Help troubleshoot issues
+ Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
+ Provide or coordinate with production operations support
**Qualifications**
+ Expertise in writing automated testing is required (Cypress / Selenium / Blazemeter / Jmeter)
+ Proven experience in Quality Assurance or similar roles
+ Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a necessary
+ Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Attention to detail
+ Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
+ Strong organizational skills
+ Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems / Technology, or relevant certification in test automation
