We are looking for multiple electrical engineers to design and enhance the control system for our next-generation quantum computers at our Broomfield, CO location. For this role, we are seeking an expert in one or more of the following specialties: analog and/or digital circuit design, FPGA design and verification, and embedded software. This role may offer the opportunity to work remote with approvals.

Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Develop a complex electronic control system capable of controlling digital, analog, and RF signals
€¢ Perform circuit design and analysis, embedded software development, and/or FPGA design and verification
€¢ Lead design team to complete projects on-time with first-pass success
€¢ Provide technical expertise that informs future product development and process improvements across the organization
€¢ Work in an R&D and rapid prototyping environment
YOU MUST HAVE:
€¢ Bachelor€™s Degree
€¢ 10+ years of experience in the specification, development, and test of complex analog electronic products
€¢ Applicants for employment for this position must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Quantinuum. (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status)
WE VALUE:
€¢ Masters/PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
€¢ 15+ years of industry experience in an engineering or R&D environment
€¢ Demonstrated technical excellence and leadership in one or more of the following:
€¢ Analog circuit design and analysis, including ADC/DACs, amplifiers, passive/active filtering, analog control loops, low-noise design techniques and measurements
€¢ Digital circuit design and simulations, including FPGAs, processors, High-speed SERDES and memory interfaces
€¢ Extensive schematic entry and board layout experience (Altium PCB software preferred)
€¢ FPGA design and verification, including Xilinx software and IP, as well as mastery of VHDL, Verilog, and System Verilog
€¢ Embedded software experience, especially involving Zynq Ultrascale+ FPGAs and processors
€¢ Ability to model and simulate complex circuitry and validate the model with hardware measurements
€¢ Proven leadership ability that includes program execution and skills development and mentoring of other engineers and technicians
€¢ Ability to consistently demonstrate decisive business impact and continuous drive for improvement in an ambiguous environment
€¢ Strong communication skills and €œright size€ design documentation

Non-Incentive Eligible
Salary Range: $128,000 - $160,000
