The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.

**Job Responsibilities / Role:**


+ Designing and developing the flagship Trader Desktop platform

+ Working directly with end users on requirements analysis and capture

+ Liaising with the global business, support, and development teams

+ Assisting in third line support during core trading hours

+ Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary


**Qualifications**


Required


+ 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role

+ Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications

+ Experience in managing and implementing successful projects

+ Experience building single page applications using HTML 5, Angular 2.0+, TypeScript, CSS3, SAAS, and third-party JavaScript framework libraries.

+ Experience with RxJS and ngRX or experience with Flux and Redux

+ Experience with building cross-platform applications using Web technologies such as Electron, Chromium, and Node.js etc.

+ Experience with writing unit tests for Angular/Typescript (e.g. Jasmine, Karma, JEST etc.)


+ Experience with modern software development practices such as Agile development, test-driven development, and continuous delivery as it pertains to enterprise web applications.


Nice to Have


+ Experience with C#/.Net

+ Experience developing large financial software trading systems.

+ Knowledge of any Interest Rates or Futures financial products (e.g. Treasuries/Swaps).

+ Experience with web-based data visualization utilizing JavaScript charting libraries.

+ Experience with KDB/q databases.
