Summary



HII-Mission Technologies is currently seeking a Multifactor Authentication Environment Analyst to support the Administrative Office of U.S. Courts (AO), located in San Antonio, TX. This position is eligible for full time 100% remote work.





What you will do




+ Troubleshoot and solve problems related to DUO Two Factor Authentication Issues for both DUO For Desktop and VPN Authentication


+ Troubleshoot and solve problems related to Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)


+ Troubleshoot and solve problems related to MFA using desktop, phishing resistant authentication tools


+ Troubleshoot and solve problems related to Active Directory issues


+ Troubleshoot and solve problems related to Group policies, DNS, TCP/IP, NTFS issues


+ Support all aspects of the Multifactor Authentication Environment ensuring the security, integrity, and availability of authentication and authorization of the environment.


+ Support all aspects of the AD environment, ensuring the security, integrity, and availability of authentication, authorization, and LDAP related services to internal and external customers


+ Review service tickets and identify opportunities to quickly resolve issues


+ Other projects as assigned by the supervisor






What you must have




+ 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.


+ Experience supporting Multifactor Authentication Environment


+ Strong understanding of networking technologies & troubleshooting [DNS, HTTP(s), etc.]


+ Cross-platform OS knowledge [Linux, Mac OS X, Windows]


+ Cross-platform mobile device knowledge [iOS/Android]


+ Background should include:


+ Working technical knowledge of Microsoft OS and services in a multi-site topology, including:


+ Active Directory


+ Group Policies




+ Working knowledge of Active Directory architecture and infrastructure (LDAP, Directory Replication, security, schema changes, etc.)


+ Demonstrates attention-to-detail and a thorough, methodical approach to problem-solving


+ Exhibits patience and empathy toward customers throughout interactions.


+ Communicates solutions confidently with clear, simplified language, appropriate language for intended audience to include verbal/written communication


+ Documents & shares knowledge to improve team performance and customer experience


+ Manages multiple tasks/tickets professionally, even with interruptions


+ Able to work and interact with others in a tiered team environment


+ Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call


+ Ability to do limited travel (0-4 times a year)






Bonus points for




+ Client Requirements: Bachelors degree, or Associates with 2 years experience, or High School Diploma and 4 years experience.


+ MCSA/MCSE Certification


+ Experience/knowledge of supporting Quest Active Roles Server (ARS) and other Quest Products


+ Microsoft Exchange Administration


+ Understanding of Microsoft Access and SQL databases for query updates


+ Working knowledge of PKI, digital certifications, and security tokens


+ PowerShell or Visual Basic scripting


+ Security Event and Privileged Access Management Solutions engineering


+ Security management, including auditing and user access control of databases


+ Microsoft Server 2008/2012/2020 systems administration


+ Demonstrated ability in a customer-facing product support role


+ Familiar with network infrastructure technologies [Cisco, Citrix, Juniper, VMware, etc.]


+ Previous experience with customer support or helpdesk ticketing tools (ServiceNow)
