**Job Description**


Designs and defines system architecture for new or existing complex computer systems. Determines systems specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility and maintainance of system security. Coordinates design of subsystems and integration of total system. Identifies, analyzes, and resolves program support deficiencies. Develops and recommends corrective actions. May provide technical guidance for database administrators and software developers.


Manage multiple initiatives, build/maintain strong business relationships

Facilitate positive and solution-oriented discussions with key cross-functional business stakeholders.

Additional responsibilities include:

Ensure the delivery of SAP projects/services to enable major business initiatives.

Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory and compliance policies, applicable global standards, and internal operating procedures.

Partner with IT Information Security, Risk & Compliance, and SAP solutions architects.

Act as a systems engineer to develop systems requirements and define solutions.

Design, prototype, and implement practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.

Analyze industry, technology, and market trends along with best practices to introduce art-of-the-possible SAP capabilities to the enterprise.

Act as trusted advisor to the leadership team regarding enterprise value improvement opportunities that drive efficient use of the SAP system and IT resources.

Lead the technical design and delivery of SAP changes required to support system upgrades and conversions.

Resource must have the following experience:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or related field.

10+ years of progressive experience in analysis, design, configuration and project management.

5+ years in a lead role (direct or indirect).

Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 FI, CO, SD, MM, WM, PP and QM functionality.

Must possess the necessary leadership, team building, motivation, and delegation skills to efficiently coordinate the efforts of a team toward accomplishing a common goal.

Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.

Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.

Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management.

Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.

Extensive knowledge of IT governance, SOX systems practices, and audit compliance.


**Basic Qualifications**


Bachelors Degree and 9 years of experience. Masters Degree and 7 years of experience. Ph.D. and 4 years of experience. 4 years of related exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelors degree. 8 years of non-related exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelors degree.


**Preferred Qualifications**


Demonstrated experience with SAP S/4HANA Implementations

Demonstrated experience with SAP BPC, PEO, EWM, SCM & GRC.

Demonstrated experience with SAP A&D Industry Solution.

General knowledge of SAP ECC, Process Orchestration, SuccessFactors, Concur and SAP overall technology landscape.

Prior experience implementing SAP new GL.

Prior experience implementing SAP PS/PP for large construction projects.

Prior experience integrating PS/PP with non-SAP scheduling, PLM, and parts catalog solutions.

Demonstrated experience with SAP Ariba.

Prior experience implementing SAP Ariba and Fieldglass.

Prior SAP S/4HANA system conversion project experience.

Prior SAP FI, CO, SD, MM, WM, PP and QM project manager or consultant experience.

Prior experience in manufacturing or professional services industries.

Prior team lead/supervisory experience.
