Responsibilities The Automation Security Engineer is responsible for executing the cyber security program for PepsiCo Beverages North America. This extraordinary role will engage with resources across PepsiCo IT, Manufacturing site points of contact (POCs), Division Leaders, Engineering, and various 3rd parties to deliver cybersecurity capabilities across manufacturing facilities. Facilitate monthly and quarter reviews to OT Sector Lead and Site Leadership teams Act as a change manager/coordinator with all system integrators and 3rd parties Participate in all cybersecurity review and design meetings Serve as first level approver for all changes Act as escalation point for concerns and issues related to cybersecurity Identify and assist with cybersecurity training Facilitate the scheduling of Microsoft Patching and compute asset re-boots Work with facilities to manage compute asset inventories Confirm compute asset and application compatibility to AV and MS Patching Develop and manage applications for PepsiCos Digitized Value Chain (DVC) initiative Skills Needed to excel in this role: Strong verbal and written skills Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Strong collaborative skills and ability to work with a diverse team of resources Knowledge of operational technology, including Industrial hardware (PLCs, VFDs), Industrial software (Rockwell, Wonderware, Zarpac), Industrial Networking (CPwE), Thin client Architecture and Virtualization Technology (VMWare) Proficient installing and configuring various software applications (Rockwell software, Thingworx, DVC applications) Strong SharePoint and Office 365 skills to develop and maintain project trackers and web hosted applications Proficient in application developement Compensation and Benefits: Expected salary range is $81,000 - $120,000 Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement Other benefits, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering 3+ years experience Ability to manage complex projects Ability to travel 25% Covid-19 vaccination may be a condition of employment dependent on role and location.
