**Job Description:**



Join our Bank of America growing team in Retail, Preferred, Small Business, Wealth Technology (RPSWT). Fraud, Authentication, Claims and Credit Assistance Tech (FACT). It is a globally distributed team responsible for customer security innovation and architecture, engineering, solutions and capabilities development, cyber resiliency, access management engineering, data strategy, deployment maintenance, technical project management and information technology security control support.



This **DevOps Engineer** open position will provide development environment support to CI/CD and other routines across multiple pipelines for our portfolio of 26 applications working either out of the **Charlotte, NC, Pennington, NJ (Hopewell), Plano, TX, or Seattle, WA locations** . Will support/lead ongoing infrastructure and tools migration efforts as well as being responsible for analyzing current needs, identifying use-cases and implementing solutions to support process and automation efficiency improvements.



**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**



Implement fully automated CI / CD pipelines and daily execution oversight of build ops in an automated and continuous process



Pre-production environment support



Hands-on design, build, deployment, and support of code



Compiling code to move into test environments via automated processes



Managing continuous build, test, and deployment processes



Branching and merging of code



Test automation support



Troubleshoot build and deploy failures and facilitate resolution



Improve speed, efficiency, and scalability of the continuous integration environment



Communicate status frequently to product teams and engineering program managers



Document new processes and update existing wiki/SharePoint page as needed

+ Experienced in CI/CD and environment support in a large corporate environment

+ Knowledgeable in Configuration Management tools such as Jenkins and Ansible Playbooks with YAML

+ Knowledgeable in Middleware including IIS, WebSphere, JBOSS and Apache

+ Knowledgeable in Artifactory JFrog

+ Experienced in automation scripting with Windows PowerShell or Linux shell scripting experience



**Desired Skills:**



+ Experienced in building CI/CD pipelines for .NET and Java applications

+ Experienced in Java development / micro-services

+ Experienced in process improvement efforts to increase efficiency and scalability
