The Citi Global Compute Services organization is responsible for hosting and supporting the standard Wintel OS platform & common toolsets to be used globally for operational monitoring, proactive support and automation. You will report to the Global Active Directory Support Manager. You will be part of a core senior technical team, building a standardized & compliant environment to better support our clients needs and meet Citis risk expectations.
In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day management, support and maintenance one of the Worlds Largest Enterprise Active Directory implementations supporting more than 400,000 Users. This is a great opportunity to be part of a core support organization and Global AD team who provides the highest level of support in a large enterprise. The qualified individual will be responsible effectively manage Corporate Active Directory environment, work closely with CTI Engineering and providing senior level guidance and support to counterparts in North America, Europe, Asia, Latin America and Japan with focus on Active Directory, Security management, group policies and other Windows/AD related technologies
**As the Active Directory SME, you will be working to bring multiple groups together and managing projects to drive Citi forward in all these areas:**
+ Work with Azure engineering architects to help Plan, build, integrate, administer, and support on-prem and multiple cloud-based platforms for Wintel servers.
+ Working closely with our Engineering and Sector aligned Operational teams to improve testing and time to market championing next gen products and platforms.
+ Work on troubleshooting and resolving complex problems. Identify opportunities for continuous process improvements to existing processes, or definition of new processes/procedures and updating documentation as necessary.
+ Monitoring, maintenance and support of Microsoft Windows AD servers; ensuring that global standards are maintained.
+ Resolution of customer incident tickets relating to services supported within defined timeframes.
+ Provide on call support for the Global AD Infrastructure.
+ Identification, analysis, ownership and resolution of repeat incidents leading to permanent resolution.
+ Risk and Compliance Partner closely with OS Operation and Risk teams to build systemic process that help maintain Citis system desired state and enforce compliance.
**Requirements:**
+ The ideal candidate will also have prior experience in AD operations and multi-team technical leadership for large complex environments.
+ Expert level knowledge of Microsoft On-Prem and Azure AD, Exchange, Windows Server OS (2008- 2019), System Center and SQL Server is a plus.
+ Interface with various multi-regional internationally diverse teams and guide them to a common goal to archive success.
+ Willingness to learn new technologies & concepts; while being ready to dive deep into complex problems
+ Capable of designing, deploying and supporting complex solutions.
+ Must be able effectively communicate with the senior management, customers and end-users.
+ Demonstrated ability to engage in senior level technology decision maker discussions
+ A passion for the customer which is demonstrated through professionalism and striving for excellence in all aspects of the customer experience.
