The Senior Analyst, Digital Analytics is a key member of the Digital Analytics team and is responsible for analyzing, communicating insights, and providing recommendations to improve the customer experience using Best Buys digital experiences data. They will provide expert knowledge into digital behavior patterns and trends to help the business make decisions and quantify the impact of new digital experiences. The Senior Analyst will partner with teams across the company to analyze customer engagement, experience analytics, transactional and voice of customer data, as well as industry research and competitive intelligence. The Senior Analysts curiosity will fuel developing a deeper understanding of customer behavior to identify insights and drive customer experience improvements to all levels of the organization.
This role is hybrid remote, which means you must be located within a drivable distance to an eligible Best Buy office. You might be asked to come into the office zero to three days per week.
Responsibilities:
Regularly produce reporting and dashboards, using the latest analytics industry tools.
Actively partner and develop effective relationships with related groups in the Merchant organization, eCommerce management, Marketing, UX and digital product management to build out actionable reporting and turn insights into practice on the site.
Provide key stakeholders with in-depth reports and analysis of customer behavior and experience analytics to improve the customer experience online.
Provide opportunity sizing and measurement for enhancements made to the customer experience online and on mobile apps.
We are looking for Sr. Digital Analysts that will be exceptional team players with the ability to analyze digital behavior patterns and trends using advanced analytics software and report on data and insights relevant to the business.

In addition to having experience in the responsibilities above, the ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in high proficiency use in Excel, PowerPoint and data visualization
1+ years of experience in reporting, business intelligence and/or data management
3+ years of experience in digital analytics, digital marketing, eCommerce, UX or related fields
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
3+ years of experience of demonstrated success using web analytics and/or experiential analytics tools (e.g. Adobe, ContentSquare, or Google Analytics)
1+ years of experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or other visualization solutions
Familiarity with SQL or BigQuery
Familiarity with digital experimentation methodologies and analysis
Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership levels
